In this note I will describe the universe as it exists without worrying too much about giving detailed proofs and arguments, which I present in slightly more detail in my upcoming book, "In Search of Atlantis". The description I present is based on some scientific work, a great deal of metaphysical experiences in the cosmos, and consideration of philosophical speculations and mythologies from different ages.
The universe is a four dimensional stationary sphere. It is an ecosystem of light, dark, and mixed spirits within a spirit of the universe that is itself alive and self-aware.
It is eternal in the sense that an unlimited number of seconds ago, the universe was a sphere of the same radius as it is now. This stationarity is required in order to describe energy quanta that don't change with time. In particular the universe never had a creator because there was never a moment of creation.
The two basic laws of the universe are DESTINY and KARMA. DESTINY follows from the deterministic classical laws that determine the physics. By KARMA I mean the electromagnetic laws of light and dark magnetic monopoles. In other words, what we have traditionally thought of as natural moral laws were coarse for we have had a fatalistic view of karma, that somehow our past life "errors" returned to haunt us in specific ways. I am giving a very different interpretation of karma, that does not depend on the particular story but only on the magnetic state of the spirit. Every interaction affects the magnetic coherence of the spirit. KARMA is a tabulation of the magnetic state for future possibilities. An easy example is that the magnetic effect on your spirit from repeatedly torturing and killing kittens will be not only to darken your spirit but quite possibly introduce disharmonies that will weaken the magnetic strength of your spirit for all future interactions.
Beyond destiny and karma, there is little reason to believe that our spirits are mortal. Indeed the evidence for reincarnation suggests that physical mortality is an artifact of the material existence while our 4D spirits happily continue along in their lives in the eternal cosmos.
Life in the universe exists at different scales with scaled ecosystems, and consciousness pervades the universe. So for instance the Milky Way galaxy is a white fish in a pond or stream from a sufficiently large perspective.

2. The universe is self-aware and the spirit of the universe is composed of magnetic monopoles. All spirits live within the spirit of the universe which is an ecosystem of living beings across the universe. Spirit travel in 4D is the easiest way to travel in the universe.
3. In dreams, visions, hallucinations we are directly having experiences in the 4D spirit of the universe.
4. Despite the demonstration in 1952 that amino acids can result from inorganic conditions, this is scarcely evidence for living systems developing from chemicals. In particular reincarnation phenomena show that there are nonphysical aspects of living beings. The origin of life is metaphysical, as manifestation (within a natural environment) of spiritual life.
5. Biological evolution theories have been contested with anomalous archaeological evidence by Michael Cremo and his colleagues. There are reasons to doubt that we have evolved from more primitive apelike creatures.
